Booking terms

PaymentPublic seats are paid in full at the time of booking — nothing is held back or invoiced later. Corporate confirmed with a 25% deposit; the balance is invoiced and due within 14 days.
Lead timePublic seats need about 2 days' notice; corporate and private events about 2 weeks, so we can prepare. Shorter notice? Ask — we'll do our best.
CancellationsPublic seats: cancel more than 14 days before your date for a full refund, or move to another date once, free of charge. Inside 14 days your materials are already ordered, so seats are non-refundable. Corporate deposits follow the same 14-day rule.
