Booking terms

DepositsPublic seats reserved with a per-seat deposit. Corporate confirmed with a 25% deposit; balance invoiced net-14.
Lead timePlease allow 2–3 weeks so we can prepare your materials. Shorter notice? Ask — we'll do our best.
CancellationsDeposits are refundable up to 14 days before your date. Inside 14 days materials are ordered, so deposits are non-refundable.
